Kṛṣṇacandra Dāsa – Śrī Vṛndāvan Dham:  Śrīla Prabhupāda gave us his books in order to teach us the philosophy of Kṛṣṇa Consciousness as well as to understand how to live our daily lives in the service of the Supreme Personality of Godhead Śrī Kṛṣṇa. He established our ISKCON society in order for us to live and serve the Lord under his direct auspices.

The present ISKCON society has been taken over by individuals who have structured ISKCON into a society of their own speculative construction and is to be considered FISKCON or fraudulent ISKCON.

Illegal organizations of FISKON

  1. GBC West Bengal
  2. The Bureau – Mumbai
  3. Regional GBC bodies
  4. Various not for profit organizations under the legal name of ISKCON
  5. Various Bank Accounts held in the name of ISKCON
  6. BBT and BBT International
  7. The Māyāpura Vṛndāvan Trust
  8. Bhaktivedanta Archives
  9. Bhaktivedanta Institute
  10. All Temples Projects and Farming Communities under ISKCON authority and using ISKCON’s name

All those loyal to Śrīla Prabhupāda [Prabhupāda Loyalists] and Śrīla Prabhupāda’s ISKCON should take the time to educate themselves and others on not only the Philosophy of Kṛṣṇa consciousness but also its practical implementation as designed and legally ordered by His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Śrīla Prabhupāda.

Śrīla Prabhupāda’s ISKCON society is run and managed under the below foundational documentation and unless the present FISKCON authorities of all the official or unofficial ISKCON organizations trusts and projects comply to His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Śrīla Prabhupāda’s will, they should be rejected.

Legal Status:  [OFFICIAL ISKCON DOCUMENTS]

Śrīla Prabhupāda made sure that the legal status of our society was bona fide according to the law by incorporating our society as a Non Profit Organization under the Internal Revenue Code Section 501 c 3.

[501(c)(3) — Religious, Educational, Charitable, Scientific, Literary, Testing for Public Safety, to Foster National or International Amateur Sports Competition, or Prevention of Cruelty to Children or Animals Organizations]

In the third section of this Non Profit Incorporation document he formally decreed that he was the supreme spiritual and material authority of our society.

“Third: It is declared that His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada is the Founder-Acarya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness of the Bay Area. He shall be the supreme power with respect to all matters of the Society, and that status shall not be occupied by or shared with any other individual, either during his lifetime, OR AFTER HIS DEATH. His name and title must appear on all documents, letterheads, publications and buildings of the Society or Corporation.”  [Certificate of Incorporation: Jan 12 1976]

This is ISKCON’s foundational Documentation under which all subsequent amendments / trusts / foundations and organizations must adhere to in order to be officially considered a part of ISKCON.

Management Structure:  [DOM]

Śrīla Prabhupāda made sure that his ISKCON society was managed properly and according to his direct instructions in the Direction of Management [DOM].

“I am getting old, 75 years old, therefore at any time I may be out of the scene, therefore I think it necessary to give instructions to my disciples how they shall manage this whole institution.” [Direction of Management DOM July 28th 1970]

In 1970 Śrīla Prabhupāda convened an ‘ad hoc’ committee which established the way in which he wanted the movement to be managed. From this meeting he appointed commissioners to form a Governing Body Commission [GBC] and the purpose of the Governing Body Commission is to act as the instrument for the execution of the Will of His Divine Grace” under 9 specific directions listed therein. Śrīla Prabhupāda amended the legal status of his ISKCON society by adding the DOM to ISKCON’s legal documentation which gave the GBC the authority to manage His Divine Grace’s ISKCON society thus establishing a sound management structure for his Society.

  1. GBC: Elected by Temples Presidents for 3 year Period. [subject to ‘failure to act’ clause]
  2. Executive Directors:  Appointed by GBC – Lifetime Appointment [subject to ‘failure to act’  clause]
  3. Temple Presidents maintained in office by vote of community.

Last Will and Testament:  [Will]

Śrīla Prabhupāda gave us explicit instructions as to how he wanted the various properties that belong to his society managed. He gave the responsibility to act as Executor of his Will to specific devotees that he trusted to ensure that his will would be done.

He also gave explicit instructions on the managerial system of these various projects [point 2 of the above] and he ensured that they would be accountable to his instructions both philosophical and managerial in the ‘failure to act’ clause.

Section Three:  “In the event of death or failure to act for any reason”

Executors are duty bound to ensure His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Śrīla Prabhupāda’s Will is enacted.

Spiritual Authority: [Śrīla Prabhupāda Books]

Śrīla Prabhupāda established the Supreme Personality of Godhead as the Book Bhāgavata and himself as the Devotee Bhāgavata in all his books, lectures, conversations, tapes and letters therefore all those who have accepted His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Śrīla Prabhupāda as such are to be considered his duly dīkṣā initiated disciples.

Śrīla Prabhupāda awarded the Sannyāsa ashrama to eligible candidates to “travel to our different centres for preaching purposes as well as enlightening the members of the centre for spiritual advancement. The Sannyāsis will suggest for opening new centres in suitable places and the GBC will take action on it.” [Section 26 – 32 DOM]

Spiritual Initiation:  [July 9th Document]

Śrīla Prabhupāda established himself as the Supreme Spiritual authority of ISKCON and himself as the dīkṣā guru for all to surrender to in his life time and after his physical departure.

This is clearly delineated in the Initiation procedural document [July 9th] which is established under the authority contained in the Third clause of the legal incorporation of ISKCON [see above] stating that His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Śrīla Prabhupāda is the supreme authority of ISKCON.

By this initiation process all members [past present and future] of the International Society for Kṛṣṇa Consciousness who accept Śrīla Prabhupāda as their dīkṣā guru will become direct disciples of His Divine Grace as per the authority of this mandate.

Conclusion:

The above legal Documentation is the foundational premise under which the International Society for Kṛṣṇa Consciousness is based and therefore any other conclusion / incorporation / documentation / law / rule / amendment / infrastructural change / initiation system / appointments etc which do not comply with the above are to be considered directly against the legal / spiritual / organizational / ethical / moral and dutiful instructions and orders of His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Śrīla Prabhupāda and must be therefore be rejected.

If anyone does not wish to comply with Śrīla Prabhupāda then they are more than welcome to leave his shelter and establish their own independent incorporation or religion as they deem fit and appropriate.

Those who are loyal to Śrīla Prabhupāda must begin to join together and make a stand to reject the present leadership of ISKCON.
