Kṛṣṇacandra Dāsa – Śrī Vṛndāvan Dham: I never thought that I would see the day that a Vaiṣṇava Ācārya / Śuddha Bhakta / Rubberstamped Guru of ISKCON would be seen ‘getting down’ with a blues harp! Having said that the “swami” certainly has the blues! I would have thought ‘jazz’ would have been more his style though, being a JBD. But who knows the little guy can probably ‘let it rip’ there too.
Please see the attached video and see how the crowd chants the Maha Mantra when the little swami plays the blues! Oh didn’t you hear it? I am sure it is there…? Mmmm let me listen to it one more time… Hey your right! No Maha Mantra No mention of Kṛṣṇa No mention of Śrīla Prabhupāda. But the little guy can definitely groove!
He has missed his calling. He would be better off being a Bluesman! Or a Jazzman.

Lyrics from the Blues Classic “You Got to Move
by Mississippi Fred McDowell

You got to move
You got to move
You got to move, child
You got to move
But when the Lord
Gets ready
You got to move

(guitar)

You may be high
You may be low
You may be rich, child
You may be po’
But when the Lord gets ready
You’ve got to move

(guitar)

You see that woman
That walk the street
You see the policeman
Out on his beat
But when the Lord gets ready
You got to move

(guitar)

You got to move
You got to move
You’ve got to move, child
You’ve got to
But when the Lord gets ready
You got to move.

(Blues Harp)

You think I’m cool
But I’m really a fool
I’m a gonna fool you
Cause I’m a guru fool…
But when the Lords ready
I’m a goner…

(Blues Harp)

I’m a goner
I’m a goner
I’m a goner
I’m a goner
I’m a real goner…

Hey who let those dudes in black in [yamaduttas]…

(Loud screams)

The end…
